The Blend:
Combining the power of our favorite sedative herbs, this formula is designed to chemically downregulate your nervous system to the Parasympathetic state (Rest, Digest, Repair)
Ingredients:
Double-extraction (water decoction + alcohol extraction) of Relax + Sleep Elixir herbal blend (California Poppy*, Hops*, Passionflower*, Skullcap*, Valerian*, Mugwort*, Lemon Balm*) and Maple Syrup*
*Local/Organic Ingredients
Directions:
Take 1-2 dropperfuls (1-2mL) directly under tongue or in a beverage of your choice 30 minutes before bed or when desired. Caution: Can create drowsiness, so be careful operating machinery after ingesting.
Contraindications:
Do not use this blend if you are taking the following medications:
-Antiplatelets and anticoagulants (blood thinners)
