The Nervous System (NS) regulates our overall wellness, as it regulates between the Parasympathetic (Rest, Digest, Repair) and the Sympathetic (Fight, Flight, Alert). Both are necessary, but our fast paced, over-stimulated culture often spends too much time in the Sympathetic NS state. If this isn’t corrected, we will have an abundance of inflammation, toxic buildup due to lack of proper digestion and inadequate detoxification/homeostasis pathways. The Blend:
This Nervous System (NS) blend is a daily tonic and uses herbs that are scientifically proven to re-coat the myelin sheaths that coat the nerves. We alchemized a “full-spectrum” formula with many adaptogens (herbs that help you adapt to life’s daily stressors) that targets the NS from multiple angles.
90%+ of the herbs in each batch are either grown on our herb farm or locally sourced and used fresh for maximum potency and support.
-Milky oats - Evidence based to directly feed the NS and adrenals by recoating the myelin sheaths of the nerves.
-Skullcap - Calmative/Sedative. Cools the nerves, reduces nerve pain, reduces stress/anxiety, insomnia and jitteriness.
-Ashwagandha - Known as nature’s chill pill. Adaptogenic rejuvenator that combats fear, anxiety and adrenal exhaustion.
-Brahmi - Powerful adaptogen + anti-oxidant. Interacts with dopaminergic and serotonergic systems. Boosts brain circulation + cognitive function.
-Lemon Balm - Synergistic herb (improves activity of other herbs), digestive, calmative/gentle sedative, promotes longevity, eases nervousness and over excitement

Ingredients:

Directions:
Take 2-4 dropperfuls (2-4mL) directly under tongue or in a beverage of your choice 1-2 times daily.
We love to take one dosage first thing in the morning to start the day off in a grounded place, then add another dosage 30 min before bed to support sleep or if desired. Seeing as it has a mild calming effect in the moment, it is also nice to take before a big meeting or important event.
We blend ancient and modern extraction processes for maximum potency and absorption.
