At Woodland Wellness, every product is crafted with care and quality. We are unable to accept returns once a product has left our facility.
That said, your satisfaction and trust mean everything to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to the standard you expected, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at alchemy@woodlandwellness.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll gladly make it right—through a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

We cannot accept returns on opened or used products for safety reasons
Sale or discounted items are final sale
If a shipment is delayed or lost due to carrier issues, we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving it
