What is ghee?
Ghee is an ancient recipe from India. It’s an ultra-clarified butter in which the water, lactose and casein are simmered out and removed through a fine straining process. What’s left is the pure butter oil, loaded with vital vitamins and minerals. Ghee is unique to other oils in that it is able to seep deeply into all 7 bodily tissues, delivering nutrition to all parts of the digestive system and organ systems. Use it in cooking just as you would other oils!
